Teaser - The Human Edge 2

It's been a while since I've posted anything, so I thought I'd give you all a teaser to the second character of The Human Edge.  Enjoy!

It was the mere husk of a city.  Everywhere, rubble lay underfoot with buildings still sometimes collapsing in on themselves.  The charred remains of vehicles littered the street like disorderly tombstones, reminders that humans might have once lived here.  In all other times, in all other places, the cause of this destruction might have gone nameless, unknown.

Here, however, the destruction had a name.  Its name was Aristeia.

The power-armoured man squeezed off a shot, and Rezia barely managed to whip herself out of the way.  Her back hit the wall as she whirled around the corner, and only milliseconds later the double-action round exploded where she had been standing.

    Oo sounds promising. New characters in a high octane environment. Can't wait to see how this ties in to old dead Antonio's story.

    I've been really behind on...well...everything, but I hope to get out the last part of Antonio's story soon. Rezia's a different issue entirely, but I promise that their stories will overlap!

Battle Report - Boudicca, Scourge of Rome VS Manfred Rochdale

He has been waiting for the Once Forgotten to hit the table, as he's a huge fan of undead factions in other games. I decided to take up the Fair Ones this time, figuring that they would be more than curious to see what messages came through the phones from the other side - whatever the other side is. This time, we tested out adjusted point totals and played a 150 point game. By the end of it, we agreed that 200 point games might be a bit more interesting (more models, more options), but this game was a fun scrap over a few ringing phones.
